| BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION CHARGES
All bookings must be secured by a non-refundable deposit of one night's stay. A 75% non-refundable deposit is required when booking on-line.
Regretfully, we must charge the full amount for bookings cancelled or amended within
14 days of arrival. In this case your credit card will be automatically charged the quoted price for the entire stay. If
we are able to re-let your room, any nights sold will be refunded to your card. All cancellations and/or changes
to your reservation must be confirmed in writing. If your reservation is made within the 21 days of arrival, you will
be automatically in the cancellation period. Rates and terms of your reservation will be confirmed at the booking
and cannot be changed. Written confirmation will be sent by post or email which you should check and advise us
immediately of any errors. No refunds will be given for failing to take any component include in the price of your
stay. We strongly advise you to take out appropriate cancellation. Standard tariff excludes Christmas, New Year &
Easter. Rooms are released at 6pm unless prior notification is given. We reserve the right to amend prices, facilities
and services. The hotel will always endeavour to provide a room upgrade where possible unless you specifically state a
preference for one room at the time of booking. If, due to circumstances beyond our control we are forced to cancel
your stay, we will refund your deposit and make every effort to find alternative accommodation. However, we cannot
be held responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result. Rates and terms of reservation will be confirmed at the
time of booking and cannot be changed.
VAT
All prices include VAT at 20%.
PAYMENT
Cash, personal cheques drawn on UK bank accounts with cheque guarantee card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch & Connect.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in time is any time after 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
WEEKENDS
As we are a small hotel, we must usually insist on two night, double occupancy bookings at weekends.
However, it is always worth checking for late cancellations and availability out of season as we may occasionally accept
a one night, weekend booking.
CAR PARK
Free, limited parking is available although it may be necessary to double park on busy nights. We are able
to cater for all our guests with the use of double-parking and may require car keys to be left at reception in case we
need to move your car. All cars are parked at owner's risk.
DINING
The 2 Rosette & Taste of the West Gold Award winning restaurant is open daily for lunch, afternoon teas &
coffees, dinner and private dining. Al fresco dining is available whenever the weather permits. The bar is open all day. Freshly caught West Bay lobster and crab can be ordered in advance with 24 hours' notice.
FOOD & DRINK
Only food and drink purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises, excluding baby
food.
CHILDREN
Children are warmly welcomed and can be accommodated in parents' bedrooms. Cots - £5 per stay.
Children to age 16 in a Z-bed when sharing with parents - £25 each, per night B&B. Healthy home-made children and
baby menus are available. Steriliser, changing mat, hiking backpack and monitors are also on site. Monitors in no way
allow parents to relinquish responsibility for their children and all parents must remain on hotel property. The hotel
cannot be held responsible for any failures of the listening equipment. Baby sitting by arrangement. Secure garden.
DOGS
Are welcome by arrangement in selected rooms and may only be allowed into the bar outside of meal times.
Dogs are charged at £15 per night. No more than two dogs to a room are permitted.
SMOKING
The whole hotel is strictly non-smoking. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Should smoking be
evident in a room we reserve the right to add an additional 'deep clean' charge of £75. Where the room is unsuitable
to be re-let to the following guest, we reserve the right to charge for any losses incurred.
IMPROVEMENTS & MAINTENANCE
From time to time improvements and essential maintenance may be necessary
during your visit however, we shall endeavour to keep any noise to a minimum.
DAMAGE
All damage and missing items will be automatically charged against your credit card.
