BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION CHARGES
A £25 non-refundable deposit is charged per room, per night at the time of booking. A 25 per cent non-refundable deposit is required when booking on-line. Regretfully, we must charge the full amount for bookings cancelled within 10 days of arrival unless the room is re-let. We strongly urge guests to take out cancellation insurance. Standard tariff excludes Christmas and New Year. Rooms are released at 5pm unless prior notification is given.

VAT
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

PAYMENT
Cash, personal cheques drawn on UK bank accounts with cheque guarantee card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch & Connect.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in time is any time after 2pm. Check-out is 11am.

WEEKENDS
Unfortunately, as we are a small hotel, we must usually insist on two night minimum bookings at weekends. However, it is always worth checking for late cancellations and availability during the winter months as we may occasionally accept a one night, weekend booking.

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, flat screen television, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones and hair dryers. Free, wireless, broadband internet access is available throughout the building. Four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with easy access.

DINING
Our Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant is open daily for dinner with Daily Specials and an individually priced menu. The Beaminster Brasserie is open seven days for lunch and dinner with alfresco dining available. The Brasserie menu is also individually priced. Fresh lobster and crab can be ordered in advance with 24 hours notice.

CHILDREN
Children are warmly welcomed and can be accommodated in parents’ room. Cots - £5 per stay. Children to age 16 in a Z-bed when sharing parents’ room - £25 each, per night. Healthy and homemade, children and baby menus are available. Steriliser, changing mat, hiking backpack and monitors are also on site. Baby sitting by arrangement. Secure garden.

DOGS
Dogs are welcome by arrangement in the Coach House and may only be allowed into the bar outside of meal times. Dogs are charged at £15 per stay. No more than two dogs to a room. Any specific damage caused by dogs to the hotel will be charged to the owners.

DAMAGE
All damages will be charged to those room accounts responsible
