Al Fresco
Fine dining will continue in the main restaurant and Old Conservatory, while the Brasserie will be located in the Sun Room to be extended outdoors to the patio with large, commercial umbrellas, heating and lighting to provide a truly pleasurable al fresco dining experience during the summer months.
The Brasserie will make it easier for families or those who want a more casual dining experience to enjoy the BridgeHouse. Menus will be on tables as you are seated and will offer a lighter alternative to the fine dining restaurant. Lobster & chips, char grilled steak baguettes, seared tuna and stuffed mushroom ravioli with truffle oil are more in keeping with brasserie style cooking. Homemade breads, ice-creams and puds are de rigueur at the BridgeHouse. Our list of local, organic suppliers is ever increasing (see main restaurant page for full list). West Dorset is particularly blessed with fantastic produce which have our chefs chomping at the bit to use in new and imaginative ways in the new Brasserie.
The Brasserie will be open for both lunch and dinner with a two course lunch priced at £10 and three courses for £15. Dinner will be two courses for £15 and three courses for £20.
